I have been seeing these breakfast biscuits brought to the U.S. from Europe where eating biscuits for breakfast is more common. Their website promotes it as an option for the 1/3 of Americans who don't eat breakfast. This product contains a special combination of whole grain ingredients that are baked in a specific way to provide a slow release of carbohydrates over the course of the morning (when eaten as part of a balanced breakfast, of course). The nutritional facts seem to check out, but how effective is a breakfast substitute for people who don't eat breakfast anyway?
