You see and hear Subway's popular tagline "Eat Fresh" almost everyday. But when you arrive in the store, everything is in bins and if they run out of something they simply reach in the refridgerator behind them and grab another. There is no telling exactly how long the food has been out or stored for. To me, the word "fresh" does not resemble what Subway offers especially since their meats are sliced at a factory and shipped that way. However, you do regularly see and smell the employees baking the bread so if "Eat Fresh" only refers to their breads, then there is some much needed clarification.
